1. About Kinnaur Goodness
We are a small, independent farm-based initiative rooted in Kinnaur, Himachal Pradesh. We grow and share high-quality seasonal produce like apples, apricots, rajma, and more. We also organize occasional farm walks, storytelling sessions, and nature-based engagements.
Everything we offer is done with care, honesty, and a deep connection to our land.
2. Pre-Orders & Product Availability
All orders (especially apples and seasonal items) are subject to availability, weather conditions, and harvest cycles.
Pre-ordering helps us plan packaging and delivery better, but final delivery may be affected by unforeseen factors like roadblocks, weather, or harvest delays.
In rare cases where we’re unable to deliver your pre-booked item, we’ll inform you personally and offer a refund or alternate solution.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices listed include packaging and basic handling, unless stated otherwise.
Final payment instructions will be shared via WhatsApp or email, and may include UPI, bank transfer, or other secure modes.
Orders are only confirmed once payment is received.
We do not currently offer COD (Cash on Delivery) services.
4. Delivery
We ship to select cities in India. Our produce is sent via trusted courier partners with care.
Delivery timelines vary by location and harvest schedule. We aim to update you throughout the process.
If your package is delayed or arrives damaged, please reach out within 24–48 hours of receiving it.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled unless exceptional circumstances arise (e.g., we are unable to fulfill due to crop failure or logistics issue).
In case of genuine quality or delivery issues, we may offer a partial refund, replacement, or store credit — depending on the situation.
All refund decisions are made at our discretion, but always with fairness and honesty.
6. Participation in Farm Activities
Farm visits, nature walks, and events are conducted based on availability and with prior registration.
Visitors are expected to follow safety instructions and respect the land, local customs, and people.
Kinnaur Goodness is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage during on-ground activities, though we take all reasonable safety precautions.
7. Content & Media Usage
All content on this website — including photos, videos, and text — is owned by Kinnaur Goodness unless credited otherwise.
Please do not copy, reuse, or reproduce our content without written permission.
If you participate in an event or visit, we may share photos or videos from the experience (unless you ask us not to — which we’ll always respect).
